Things we are going to cover for Level B:
- More advanced skills: For example knee press, more mantenda, and more
- Short Break then:
- Birth Ball Skills: Learn birth ball safety - why choosing the right size is important to learning some skills on the birth ball! *Birth ball is required - if you need to know sizing before hand - please let us know!
- Remember to have a birth ball available! Ask us about recorded class fees.
- Live class is $85 (3 days before class starts); $105 if late bird up to class day. We need someone registered 3 days in advance or class does not make. Thank you.
- July 23rd for Level B (tenative- one person will make class).
