About Us

I am Julie Larsen (or Juliana - I go by either) and I just finished a International Diploma in Nutrition with Fabulous Body - a CPD approved course and also a IAOTH course (International Association of Therapists)! So, it was like getting two certificates in one!

I am half Hispanic and want to give knowledge of authentic rebozo to others! We are also donating a portion of our profits to the African American community - another reason to take our course! 
My Great-Grandmother Lopez is a great inspiration to me - she was originally from Mexico and came to U.S.A. She lived longer than her daughter (my grandma). She taught me about the rebozo culture and methods. 

 I also have a Bachelor's in Home Economics (took cooking and nutrition in college) plus I have a Master's in Library Sciences!

Doula designations: Studied with Birth Arts International - have a Childbirth Educator Certification (2011) from them, Doula Certification from HypnoBabies (2011) and Madriella Network (2014), Postpartum studies at Intuitive Childbirth.   Studied Rebozo with Gena Kirby and Polly Perez (2012). 
I consider the rebozo method I teach my own.
